Benji appears to currently over in the UK and spending some time in London.
Singer Jessie J posted some pictures on her Instagram account of her and Benji in the capital earlier on today. It looks like he’s now managing her; the two were both co-presenters on the Australian version of The Voice – along with Joel.
According to a blog, he attended the launch of a new flight between London and the Middle East on Friday, also with Jessie J.
So is he also looking to arrange some potential Good Charlotte UK tour dates while he’s here?? Fingers crossed!
It looks like everything happens all at once! As well as releasing Makeshift Love on iTunes, Good Charlotte have now released a lyric video for the new song!

With the release of the video and the confirmation of a live gig in LA, let’s hope Good Charlotte UK tour dates aren’t too far behind!

We love it already, welcome back Good Charlotte!
Exciting times, it looks like there will be a new Good Charlotte song released today!
The band have tweeted ‘Makeshift Love’ and tagged iTunes and Apple Music – and given a time of 9.30am PST. That’s 5.30pm here in the UK.
We can’t wait!
A new range of merch has been unveiled on GoodCharlotte.com.
If your Good Charlotte t-shirts and hoodies are getting a bit worn, there’s a new selection including a range featuring a simple logo design along with others with a bulldog on. There’s also some snazzy-looking shorts if that’s your thing.
But does the new merch give any hints to new music or a new album? Sadly not – no album covers, lyrics or anything that gives away any clues!
Shipping for a single t-shirt to the UK will cost you about $14 – but just watch out for customs fees when it gets over here as that could potentially add a few more quid on.
News on Good Charlotte’s comeback and reformation is still a bit thin on the ground – other than lots of excitement from the fans and a lot of RTs and Favourites (or should I say, Likes) on Twitter from the band.
But following on from the 30 second clip of a new song yesterday, Alt Press have now posted that they’re partnering with the band for ‘one night only’. Other than that little tease, they’re keeping firmly shtum. Could this be the name of the new album, a live event announcing details of a new album/tour or a live Q&A/streaming of new material? Who knows.

Just hope it’s not something taking place when us UK Good Charlotte fans are tucked up in bed!
With the announcement of GC’s return, it’s time to relaunch Good Charlotte UK. We first set up a site back in early 2002, before the release of The Young And The Hopeless and the site’s had various looks over the years. We’ll be keeping it simple now with a focus on news for the UK audience and much less of the picture galleries that we used to have back in the day!
